Refunds & billing

This page explains how payments, refunds, and creator payouts work on PZIMI. Card payments and creator payouts are processed by Stripe.

1. What fans can buy

• Creator memberships — recurring access to a creator’s members-only content (billing interval shown at checkout).
• Pay-per-view (PPV) posts or messages — one-time unlock of specific content.
• Tips — voluntary one-time support to a creator.

Prices are set by creators and shown clearly before you pay. Currency and total are confirmed on the Stripe Checkout page.

2. Payment processor

PZIMI uses Stripe to process payments. PZIMI does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment step.

3. Subscriptions

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting info@pzimi.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved under this policy.

4. Refund policy

Because digital content and membership access are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion when:

• You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
• You could not access purchased content due to a confirmed platform fault
• Required by applicable consumer law

Tips and successfully unlocked PPV content are typically non-refundable. Refund requests should be sent within 14 days of the charge to info@pzimi.com with subject Refund Request, your account email, approximate charge date/amount, and a short explanation.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can help. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension while we investigate.

6. Creator earnings & payouts

Creators earn from memberships, tips, and PPV after PZIMI’s platform fee (see Terms; fee improves with creator level). To receive bank payouts, creators must complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding, including identity and bank account verification required by Stripe and applicable law.

Payout timing, holds, and availability follow Stripe’s rules and our earnings clearance schedule shown in the Creator Studio. PZIMI does not manually hold creator funds outside of those rules except for fraud, legal, or policy enforcement.

7. Taxes

Creators are responsible for taxes on their income. Fans are responsible for any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Stripe may collect tax information from creators where required.

8. Billing support

Email info@pzimi.com with subject Billing. Include your registered email, date of charge, and amount. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
