Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PZIMI website, mobile application, and related services ("Services") operated by PZIMI. By creating an account or using PZIMI, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use PZIMI if you are barred under applicable law or previously banned from the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@pzimi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Creator content & license
Creators retain ownership of content they publish. By posting on PZIMI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform as needed to operate the Services.
All content must be family-safe and comply with our Community Guidelines. Adult or explicit content is prohibited. You represent that you have all rights necessary to post your content.
4. Fan subscriptions & purchases
Fans may subscribe to creators, purchase pay-per-view content, or send tips when payments are enabled. Prices and benefits are set by creators. During waitlist mode, paid features may be unavailable; you can follow creators and receive notifications instead.
5. Payments & fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. PZIMI charges a 20% platform fee on creator earnings unless otherwise stated. Creators are responsible for taxes on their income. Refunds are handled according to our Refunds & billing policy and applicable law.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to violate our Acceptable Use Policy or Community Guidelines, including posting illegal content, harassing others, spamming, or attempting to circumvent security or payments.
7. Intellectual property
PZIMI's name, logo, app, and platform technology are our property. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our Services except as permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using PZIMI at any time and request account deletion via the app or info@pzimi.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, risk to other users, or legal requirements. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PZIMI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to PZIMI in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PZIMI harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will update the date above. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
