PZIMI ("we", "us") operates the PZIMI mobile application and website at pzimi.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you register, we collect information you provide such as email address, username, display name, profile photo, optional phone number, and optional backup email.
Usage data
We collect data about how you use PZIMI: posts viewed, subscriptions, messages sent, creator interactions, and in-app settings.
Payment information
When payments are enabled, payment card and billing details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Device & technical data
We may collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and crash logs to secure accounts and fix bugs.
2. How we use your information
- Provide and improve the platform (feeds, messaging, subscriptions, creator tools)
- Authenticate your account and send security-related communications
- Process payments and payouts when enabled
- Enforce our Terms, Community Guidelines, and safety policies
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Email & communications
We use your email address to send transactional messages you request or that are necessary for your account:
- Email verification codes
- Password reset and two-factor authentication codes
- Security alerts
- Payment receipts (when applicable)
Email may be sent via AWS SES, Amazon Cognito, or other providers. See our Email & Communications Policy for full details. We do not send unsolicited marketing email or purchase email lists.
4. How we share information
We share data only as needed to operate the service:
- Service providers: AWS (hosting, email), Stripe (payments), analytics and crash reporting tools under contract
- Other users: Public profile information you choose to display
- Legal: When required by law, court order, or to protect safety and rights
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger or acquisition, with notice where required
5. Content & safety
PZIMI is a family-safe platform. We may review reported content and suspend accounts that violate our Community Guidelines. Creators are responsible for content they publish.
6. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, most profile data is removed within 30 days. Transaction and tax records may be kept longer as required by law.
7. Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@pzimi.com with subject Privacy Request.
You can update profile and privacy settings in the app. You may delete your account in-app or by contacting support.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. Children
PZIMI is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us if you believe a minor has created an account.
10. International users
PZIMI is operated from the United States. Your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
